About Me

How I started

Ever since I was a child, baking has always been a passion of mine. After retiring from my career, I made the brave decision to pursue my passion and start a business. I started to take classes to perfect my craft and I continue to look for new ways to enhance my skills. Many people over the years have always complimented my desserts, especially my pound cakes. My creative take on By the Pound Desserts is based on my specialty and love for making pound cakes as well as my intials!

I am grateful to have the opportunities that allow me to be a successful home baker. I thank my customers and family who have and continue to support my small business.
